Avedon Foundation
We were asked to convert a small 19th Century manufacturing building into the RICHARD AVEDON FOUNDATION whose mission is to preserve the archives and legacy of the photographer. Within the constraints of a modest budget we integrated the required egress stair into the individual floors to foster use and a sense of continuity between the individual levels.
