Jeffrey Cole, established his eponymous firm in 1986. Over this period JCA has executed projects ranging from furniture design to over 1,000,000 S.F. of construction in NYC. Projects include hotels, private foundations, retail, condominium developments, apartment buildings and private residences. Over the decades JCA has acquired a depth of expertise in the complexities of NYC zoning, the BSA variance process and the Landmarks Preservation Commission process.

Mr. Cole received his professional degree in architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University. His projects have been published in Architectural Record, Elle Decor, Vogue Living and New York Magazine. Notable projects include 207 West 75th Street; the through-block Whitman boutique condominiums on Madison Square Park; The Alberta, an 86-unit luxury rental on Riverside Drive; the 100 key midtown Draper hotel; the Richard Avedon Foundation; 287 East Houston condominium and the Piper Cadmium boutique condominium development that dramatically cantilevers over adjacent properties.

He has also designed imaginative lofts, townhouses and apartments for private clients featured in Elle Decor, Vogue Living and New York Magazine. Mr. Cole has been an invited critic at Carnegie-Mellon University, University of Hartford and Parsons School of Architecture.
